Neff’s customer service is a complete disaster. I called them to repair my dishwasher, and a technician came to inspect the issue. He told us we needed a new motor and charged us €60 for the visit. The next day, he called back to say he couldn’t find a replacement because the model was too old. So, essentially, he came just to tell us that a repair wasn’t possible and that we should buy a new dishwasher instead. Unbelievable! Instead of actually solving problems, they’re only interested in making money.
