Age Requirement: Minimun 23 years old. Drivers Licence: Valid and held for at least 1 year. Minimum Rental: 24hr excess time will be be calcuated at 1/5 of the daily hourly rate per hour. Payment: The total charge of the hire is payable in full at the beggining of the rental period. The driver: Only the nominated driver of the vehicle is allowed to drive. Petrol: Payable by the driver. Insurance: All authorized drivers of Dragon Rentals vehicles are covered against fire, theft and ALL liability from third parties for death, injury or damage to property, providing you are NOT covered by the general insurance. Ferrying the car: This can only be done with the written permission of Dragon Rentals. Traffic fines: All traffic fines are the sole responsibility of the hirer and must be paid by the hirer.
